TERMS & CONDITIONS

Article 1. Promoter
All prize draws, contests, and giveaways (the “Competitions”) are organised by Brightfish NV, Eeuwfeestlaan 20, 1020 Brussels, Belgium, company number BE 0450.523.725 (“Brightfish”). Contact: privacy@brightfish.be

Article 2. Eligibility
Competitions are open to natural persons aged 13 years or over, residing in Belgium, unless stated otherwise in the specific competition announcement. Employees, agents, contractors of Brightfish and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. No purchase is necessary to enter unless explicitly stated.

Article 3. Competition Period
Unless otherwise stated in the specific competition description, participation is open for the duration indicated in that announcement. If no specific start or end date is mentioned, the Competition remains valid for as long as the corresponding campaign, product, or survey is active. Entries submitted after the closure or deactivation of the entry form will not be valid.

Article 4. How To Enter
The entry method and participation steps will be described in each competition announcement. Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person will be accepted. Automated entries or entries submitted on behalf of another person are not allowed.

Article 5. Prizes
Each competition will specify the number, type, and description of prizes. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other goods or services, unless Brightfish decides otherwise at its sole discretion. The description and conditions of the prize (e.g., cinema tickets) are detailed in the corresponding competition description.

Article 6. Winner selection and notification
Unless otherwise stated, winners are selected by random draw from all valid entries received. Brightfish will contact winners via the email address or other contact method provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Brightfish reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Article 7. Publication of winners
To ensure transparency, Brightfish may publish the first name and initial of the surname of winners and their municipality on Brightfish communication channels (e.g., website or social media). No additional personal details will be disclosed.

Article 8. Data Protection & Privacy
Brightfish will process participants’ personal data solely for the purposes of organising and administering the Competition, contacting the winners, and delivering the prizes. Survey or feedback answers linked to a competition may be used in aggregated or anonymised form for research or reporting. Brightfish will not share personal data with third parties other than service providers acting under Brightfish’s instructions and bound by confidentiality. Participants may exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction) by contacting privacy@brightfish.be. Full details: brightfish.be/privacy-policy. If participants wish to receive information about Brightfish or Kinepolis events, films or promotions, this will only happen if separate, explicit consent is given via a non-pre-ticked checkbox. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Article 9. Fair Play and exclusion
Brightfish reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise violate these Terms and Conditions, or to withdraw a prize if fraud or manipulation is detected.

Article 10. Liability
Brightfish cannot be held responsible for technical problems, network issues, loss or delay of entries, or postal delivery issues beyond its control. Nothing in these Terms limits Brightfish’s liability for intent, gross negligence, or for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

Article 11. Changes or termination
Brightfish may amend, suspend, or cancel a competition or these Terms if required for legal, technical, or organisational reasons. In such a case, Brightfish will ensure that participants are not unfairly disadvantaged.

Article 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.

Article 13. Acceptance
Participation in any Brightfish Competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 1. Organization

The competition, which is part of the ‘Brightfish Movie Poster’ campaign, is organized by Brightfish NV, Eeuwfeestlaan 20, 1020 Brussels. No correspondence or telephone conversations will be held about the course of the competition or the application of the regulations.

Article 2. Participation

Any employee of a company within the sector of advertisers, media agencies or creative agencies may participate, with the exception of the employees of the organizers, the companies (including staff and employees) involved in the organization of the competition. Only fully completed answer forms are eligible to enter the competition. You can only participate once. A maximum of one prize will be awarded per participating company. In the event of multiple answers, entries or submissions, Brightfish will only take the first entry received into account.

Article 3. Privacy

The personal data that Brightfish NV collects about the participants will only be used in function of this competition and will not be further shared with third parties. For further questions regarding how Brightfish handles personal data, you can always refer to Brightfish’s general privacy conditions: brightfish.be/privacy-policy. By participating, every participant automatically grants Brightfish NV the right to publish his/her personal details as winner(s).

Article 4. Prizes

Entrants who answer correctly to the competition questions will be eligible for the top prize of a 1-week cinema campaign during the summer of 2026. The prize is not convertible into cash or other goods or services. When a prize has been awarded, Brightfish NV cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of the prize by the postal services or a delay in receipt. Printing, spelling and typesetting or other such errors cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligations whatsoever on the part of Brightfish.

Article 5. Regulations

Participation in the competition, organized by Brightfish, immediately implies the unconditional acceptance of these regulations. The prize draw is overseen by Brightfish. The decisions are unchallengeable and irrevocable. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels or Ghent. Brightfish may change certain parts of these regulations for organizational or legal reasons, without prior notice or further notice afterwards. Period of participation is valid between 30/03/26 and 04/05/26.
